🔹 Role Overview
The Assistant General Manager – Finance will oversee core financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, strengthen financial governance, and support strategic decision-making across the organization. The role demands strong analytical capability, leadership excellence, and a forward-thinking approach to financial management.
🔹 Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the Finance & Accounts team to drive operational excellence

Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, management accounts, and monthly MIS reports

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business planning

Oversee tax, VAT, regulatory compliance, and internal/external audit processes

Provide financial insights to management for strategic business decisions

Implement process improvements, automation, and financial digitalization initiatives

Ensure strong internal controls and risk management practices
🔹 Requirements

Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

CA/ACCA/CMA (partly or fully qualified) highly preferred

8–12 years of progressive finance & accounting experience, including minimum 3 years in a managerial role

Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting abilities
