🔹 About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Finance Manager to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial management skills, in-depth knowledge of UAE VAT, and proven experience in construction project accounting.
You’ll be responsible for driving financial excellence, ensuring compliance, and partnering with project teams to enhance profitability and efficiency across multiple construction sites.
🧾 Key Responsibilities

Lead progressive billing and ensure accurate, timely invoicing aligned with project milestones.

Oversee project-based accounting, cost tracking, and profitability analysis.

Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), treasury, and cash flow operations.

Ensure UAE VAT compliance and support internal & external audits.

Collaborate with project and operations teams to forecast budgets and optimize financial performance.

Strengthen internal financial controls and ensure reporting accuracy across departments.
🧑💻 Skills & Qualifications
✅ 5–7 years of experience in construction finance (including 2–3 years in a supervisory role within the UAE)
✅ Expertise in Excel, SAP, and VAT regulations
✅ Professional qualification: CA / ACCA / CPA
✅ Prior experience with a Big 4 firm is a strong advantage
✅ Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and leadership skills
