Job Overview

• Position: Accountant
• Location: Ajman, United Arab Emirates
• Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries for sales, purchases, deliveries, and maintenance transactions.
• Prepare accurate customer invoices and ensure timely submission.
• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments.
• Maintain daily sales, purchase, and financial records.
• Prepare and submit daily MIS reports to management.
• Maintain vehicle maintenance and service records.
• Monitor employee visa, Emirates ID, and vehicle registration expiry records.
• Process payroll through the UAE WPS system.
• Prepare VAT and Corporate Tax reconciliations.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, and government authorities.
• Manage petty cash and daily cash expenses.
• Maintain complete accounting documentation and office records.
• Support additional finance and administrative duties assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of accounting experience.
• UAE accounting experience will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax.
• Knowledge of WPS payroll processing.
• Good understanding of bank reconciliation and invoicing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Hindi and Punjabi language skills will be an added advantage.
