Job Overview

• Position: Accountant (Accounts & HR)

• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare bank payments and perform bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets.
• Maintain payroll records and employee leave records.
• Follow up with customers and monitor overdue accounts.
• Ensure accuracy of financial transactions and reports.
• Support finance and HR administrative functions.

Requirements

• B.Com or M.Com qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
• Tally ERP knowledge is mandatory.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
