Job Overview

• Position: Account Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting records and daily financial transactions.
• Process invoices, payments, and petty cash transactions.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Assist with payroll processing and employee financial records.
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Monitor inventory and stock reconciliations.
• Maintain accounting documentation and records.
• Provide support for accounting and finance-related activities.

Requirements

• Knowledge of P&L, Balance Sheet and Reconciliation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Previous accounting experience preferred.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Candidates currently available in UAE only.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
