Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Record daily accounting entries including sales, expenses, supplier invoices, receipts, and petty cash
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Prepare ageing reports and monitor collections and payments
- Perform bank, cash, and POS reconciliations
- Maintain proper documentation and internal compliance
- Handle intercompany reconciliations and support month-end closing
- Assist with VAT documentation and reconciliation
- Prepare working files and support external audits
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3 – 6 years of accounting experience
- UAE accounting experience preferred
- Strong Excel and ERP/accounting software skills
- Knowledge of UAE VAT compliance and documentation
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CA, or CMA are preferred (or currently pursuing)
