Support performance management, disciplinary processes, and grievance handling
Oversee payroll coordination and attendance management
Provide guidance to management on HR policies and people-related matters
Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5–8 years of proven HR experience in the UAE
Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR compliance
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters professionally
