🚨 Urgent Hiring: Senior Accountant (Real Estate)

We are hiring 2 Senior Accountants for one of our valuable clients operating in the Real Estate sector. This is a project-based assignment with a high possibility of permanent employment based on performance.

  • Dubai, UAE

  • Abu Dhabi, UAE

🧾 Position Details

  • Job Title: Senior Accountant (Real Estate)

  • Industry: Real Estate

  • Employment Type: Project-Based (Permanent opportunity possible)

  • Joining: Immediate (within one week)

  • Candidate Location: Must be currently available in the UAE

💰 Salary Package

  • AED 12,000 – AED 15,000 per month
    (Depending on experience and skill set)

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end accounting activities for real estate projects

  • Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations

  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger

  • Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and regulations

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders

  • Support audits, reporting deadlines, and management requirements

🎓 Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Accountant in the Real Estate industry

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and UAE regulations

  • Ability to join immediately or within one week

  • Currently residing in the UAE

  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
