A reputed organization operating in the Real Estate and Hospitality sector is currently hiring a skilled Accountant in Dubai, UAE. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on accounting experience, strong financial reporting skills, and working knowledge of UAE VAT regulations.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations including invoicing, receipts, and journal entries
- Perform bank, customer, and supplier reconciliations on a regular basis
- Assist in UAE VAT return preparation and ensure tax compliance
- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements and detailed financial reports
- Maintain accurate, organized, and audit-ready financial records
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
- Proven accounting experience in the Real Estate or Hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of IFRS and UAE VAT regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally or Zoho Books
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
