📌 Job Overview

Job Title: Finance Manager

Location: 2nd Industrial City, Dammam, Saudi Arabia

🧾 Key Responsibilities

Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the group
Prepare consolidated financial statements and management reports
Monitor cash flow, capital expenditure, and project-related costs
Ensure compliance with IFRS, local regulations, and Oil & Gas standards
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders
Provide financial analysis, risk assessment, and strategic insights
Oversee accounting teams and maintain strong internal controls

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
CPA, CMA, or ACCA certification preferred
Minimum 7 years of finance experience (Oil & Gas preferred)
Experience working in group or multi-entity structures
Strong financial reporting, consolidation, and cost control skills
ERP system knowledge and advanced Excel skills
Strong leadership and communication abilities
