ARDEM Inc is currently hiring an experienced Accounts Payable professional for a 100% Remote / Work From Home position. This role is ideal for candidates with strong exposure to the US accounting process and who are available to join immediately.

📌 Job Overview

• Position: Accounts Payable
• Experience: 3+ Years
• Work Mode: 100% Remote (WFH)
• Shift: US / Night Shift
• Education: Commerce background required
• Joining: Immediate Joiners Only

🧾 Key Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of invoices with accuracy and timeliness
• Perform PO & Non-PO invoice processing with 2-way / 3-way matching
• Verify approvals, documentation, and compliance with internal controls
• Route invoices for additional approvals where required
• Review and resolve RNV (Received Not Vouchered) discrepancies
• Maintain AP aging reports and vendor management records
• Ensure compliance with end-to-end Accounts Payable policies and procedures
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors regularly
• Identify process improvement opportunities for efficiency
• Ensure all invoices are allocated before month-end close
• Support additional AP or finance-related tasks as required

🎯 Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Accounts Payable experience
• Strong exposure to US accounting processes
• Experience working in US / Night shifts
• Good understanding of AP controls and documentation
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
