🎓 Requirements

✔ BBA / MBA in Accounting & Finance
✔ 1–2 years of proven experience in Compliance, Internal Audit, SOP Development & Process Documentation
✔ Strong hands-on experience in SOP writing, management, and internal control frameworks
✔ Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, reporting tools & compliance dashboards
✔ Ability to handle resistance professionally and drive process improvement across departments
✔ Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills

🔑 Key Responsibilities

✔ Conduct department-wise process reviews
✔ Maintain and update a centralized SOP Gap Register
✔ Coordinate with department heads for SOP drafting, updates, and revisions
✔ Perform periodic SOP compliance audits and checks
✔ Support internal control initiatives and compliance reporting
✔ Perform additional compliance-related tasks as assigned by the HOD
