The Assistant Manager – Administration will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, supervising support staff, ensuring smooth office functioning, and coordinating with multiple departments. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of handling operational responsibilities independently.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
✔ Manage daily administrative operations and office workflows
✔ Maintain documentation, records, and filing systems
✔ Supervise administrative and support staff
✔ Assist in budget tracking, petty cash, and expense reporting
✔ Coordinate meetings, events, and visitor management
✔ Oversee housekeeping, office maintenance, and security compliance
✔ Maintain fixed asset registers, equipment, and facility repairs
✔ Prepare administrative reports and assist in audits & special projects
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field
