🧾 Role Summary
The Financial Controller will be responsible for managing project finance operations, Aramco invoicing, portal submissions, IKTVA reporting, and travel-related financial coordination. This role plays a critical part in ensuring financial compliance, accuracy, and smooth operational support.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
Manage Aramco invoicing, SES creation, and monthly timesheet approvals
Handle submissions and follow-ups through Aramco portals
Support IKTVA quarterly and annual reporting, coordinating with Aramco and UK teams
Monitor project budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and variance analysis
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor settlements
Ensure compliance with VAT, WHT, and ZATCA regulations
Coordinate travel and hotel bookings for site and visiting teams
🎓 Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
3–6 years of relevant finance experience
Mandatory experience with Aramco invoicing and portals
Strong Excel and ERP system skills
Good knowledge of VAT, WHT, and IKTVA regulations
Detail-oriented with strong coordination skills
