🎯 Key Responsibilities
The Finance Manager will be responsible for:
Leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Ensuring compliance with UAE financial regulations, VAT laws, audits, and internal controls
Overseeing accounting operations, including AP/AR, payroll coordination, and cost controls
Providing strategic financial insights to senior management for informed decision-making
Managing relationships with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and external stakeholders
Driving process improvements, financial efficiency, and risk management initiatives
🎓 Candidate Profile & Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates should have:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
(Master’s degree / CPA / ACCA is a strong advantage)5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in Retail, FMCG, Hospitality, or Trading
Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations and VAT compliance
Proven leadership and people management skills
Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP B1 preferred) and MS Excel
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
