The Corporate Finance Senior Manager will play a key role in financial strategy, capital planning, cash management, and investment evaluation, supporting long-term business growth and value creation.
🧾 Key Responsibilities
Lead corporate finance activities, including cash and capital management
Develop and manage long-term capital planning and financial projections
Oversee cash flow management, liquidity planning, and funding strategies
Support and execute Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) transactions
Conduct investment evaluations, feasibility studies, and financial modeling
Prepare and review management reports and strategic financial analyses
Work closely with senior leadership on strategic decision-making
Ensure financial plans align with overall business objectives
Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 8+ years of experience in corporate finance
At least 3+ years in a managerial or senior leadership role
Strong experience in cash management and capital structuring
Proven expertise in long-term financial planning and forecasting
Solid understanding of M&A transactions and investment analysis
CFA certification preferred
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
