This role is ideal for accounting professionals with strong experience in general ledger, financial reporting, IFRS, and ERP systems, particularly in real estate or construction sectors.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CA will be preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in general ledger accounting
At least 3 years of experience in real estate or construction sector
🛠 Technical Skills Required
Strong knowledge of General Ledger accounting and financial reporting
Experience with project-based accounting
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis)
Strong understanding of IFRS standards, especially:
IFRS 15 – Revenue from Contracts with Customers
IFRS 16 – Leases
