🎯 Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reports
Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and reconciliations
Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing
Maintain compliance with UAE VAT laws, including VAT filing and documentation
Support internal audits and ensure financial controls
Monitor and analyze accounting data for accuracy and consistency
Lead process improvement initiatives within the finance function
Assist in inventory accounting and cost control for retail & F&B operations
Collaborate with retail, operations, and HR teams
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA / ACCA / CMA certification preferred
Minimum 2+ years of accounting experience
Strong understanding of UAE VAT regulations & local compliance
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or ERP systems
Advanced MS Excel skills
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational abilities
High attention to detail and ability to work independently
