🕘 Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM
🧾 Key Responsibilities
As an Accounting Executive, your responsibilities will include:
Maintaining daily accounting records, including journals, general ledger, and fixed assets
Managing Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)
Performing bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations
Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Handling month-end and year-end closing processes
Managing VAT and Corporate Tax filing through the FTA Portal
Processing payments, petty cash, and expense reports
Tracking sales commissions, preparing breakdowns, and managing releases
Supporting annual audit requirements and external auditors
🎓 Job Requirements
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 2+ years of UAE accounting experience
Real estate industry experience is highly preferred
Strong command of Tally and QuickBooks
Hands-on experience with FTA Portal (VAT & Corporate Tax) – Mandatory
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
💰 Salary & Benefits
Salary Range: AED 4,000 – AED 5,000
Job Type: Permanent position
Annual Leave: 30 days paid leave
