🧾 Job Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records including ledgers, journals, and reconciliations
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
Monitor Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable ensuring timely processing
Maintain and update accounting systems and records with precision
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
Collaborate with internal departments to provide financial insights
Assist during internal and external audits and provide required documentation
🎓 Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting or finance experience
🧠 Required Skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
Excellent organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
