As an HR Associate, you will support end-to-end HR operations, streamline hiring processes, and enhance employee experience across multiple time zones. This is a fully remote HR opportunity for professionals passionate about people, culture, and organizational excellence.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
✔ Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling)
✔ Support onboarding & offboarding while maintaining compliance with Pakistan labor laws
✔ Enhance and maintain HR systems, documentation, & workflows for a global remote team
✔ Lead culture-building, engagement activities, and cross-time-zone coordination
✔ Assist the HR Lead with strategic initiatives and ad-hoc HR tasks
🎯 Requirements
📌 2–4 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations
📌 Strong understanding of Pakistan Labor Laws
📌 Experience hiring in Pakistan + international markets
📌 Excellent communication, organization, and remote-work capabilities
📌 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
