🎬 What You’ll Do

Lead and manage the creative direction for all brand, animation, and visual content.

Develop scripts, concepts, and storyboards for animated explainers, brand, and product videos.

Oversee a team of 2D Animators, Video Editors, Storyboard Artists, and Graphic Designers.

Create and manage content calendars and ad campaigns for multiple in-house brands.

Align creative output with brand voice, marketing goals, and audience engagement.

Convert creative briefs into actionable production plans — from concept to delivery.

Ensure consistent brand identity across all digital platforms.
🧠 What We’re Looking For
✅ Strong storytelling and conceptualization skills.
✅ Proven hands-on experience with animation, product videos, and creative ads.
✅ Understanding of SaaS, AI, and technology branding.
✅ Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
✅ Proficiency in creative software (Adobe Suite preferred).
