Global Connect Synergy Pvt. Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager Human Resources to lead end-to-end recruitment and selection activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, assessing, and onboarding top talent while ensuring a smooth and professional hiring experience aligned with organizational goals.

Manage the entire recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.

Collaborate with departmental heads to identify workforce requirements and develop hiring strategies.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for future organizational needs.

Implement efficient, transparent, and merit-based hiring processes.

Utilize LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment tools to attract high-quality candidates.

Master’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.

Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment and selection.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and assessment abilities.
