💰 Salary: BDT 70,000 – 80,000 (Based on experience)
A leading multinational healthcare company is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Asst./Dyp. Manager – Accounts to manage end-to-end financial operations within a hospital/clinic environment. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who takes full ownership of the finance function and is not planning to return to study.
🔹 Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete accounts ledger from daily transactions to month-end closing

Generate invoices for patients, insurance companies, and third-party payers, and track receivables

Oversee VAT compliance, indirect tax matters, and regulatory submissions

Prepare corporate tax returns, withholding tax reports, and coordinate with auditors

Produce accurate financial statements, trial balances, P&L, cash flow reports, and management summaries
-
Strengthen internal controls, identify risks, and ensure compliance with accounting standards

Support budget preparation, perform variance analysis, and monitor expense allocations

Maintain the fixed asset register, depreciation schedules, and accounting for medical equipment

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Clinical, HR, Admin, Operations) to ensure integrated financial reporting

Maintain and optimize ERP or hospital accounting systems, ensuring data accuracy and backups

Stay updated on changes in VAT, tax, and accounting regulations in Bangladesh
🔹 Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (CA-part qualified preferred)

8–10 years of practical accounting experience, ideally in healthcare, hospital finance, or service organizations

Proven experience in invoicing, receivables, financial reporting, and ledger management

Strong command of ERP systems and advanced MS Excel

Excellent understanding of VAT, tax compliance, and statutory reporting
