An exciting opportunity awaits a seasoned finance professional to join a dynamic organization in Dubai as a Financial Controller.
💼 Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting in compliance with IFRS & CBUAE standards.

Ensure full regulatory, VAT, and corporate tax compliance.

Strengthen internal controls and oversee risk management frameworks.

Manage cash flow, treasury operations, and capital planning.

Partner with business units to provide strategic financial insights.

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
🎓 Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

CA / CPA / ACCA / CMA certification required.
-
10–12 years of progressive financial leadership experience.
-
3–5 years in insurance, TPA, or healthcare finance preferred.

Strong command of IFRS, UAE tax laws, and CBUAE regulatory frameworks.
