🔍 Job Overview
The DGM – Warehouse (Finished Goods) will lead centralized warehouse operations across multiple product lines. This role requires a seasoned professional capable of managing high-volume operations, ensuring accuracy in inventory control, optimizing order processing, and maintaining timely dispatches in alignment with global customer and compliance standards.
You will spearhead operational excellence across the entire FG lifecycle—storage, handling, order fulfillment, documentation, and dispatch management.
✅ Key Requirements
To excel in this role, you should bring:
✔ Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field
✔ 10–12 years of experience in large-scale warehouse management within top-tier manufacturing firms
✔ Strong expertise in Finished Goods inventory management, dispatch planning, and export documentation
✔ Proven leadership with excellent communication and decision-making abilities
✔ Strong knowledge of compliance, safety protocols & warehouse best practices
✔ Ability to drive efficiency, reduce operational bottlenecks, and deliver continuous improvement initiatives
