We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant / Controller to join our Lahore-based office. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing financial operations, reporting, and compliance for United States-based businesses.
📍 Location: DHA Phase 6, Lahore
🕒 Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (PKT) | Night Shift
💼 Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite
💰 Salary Range: PKR 600,000 – 800,000 per month
🎓 Education: CA / CPA preferred; ACCA also considered
📆 Experience: Minimum 10 years in US accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting (mandatory)
Key Responsibilities

Oversee accounting operations, including AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations, and monthly closings.

Manage financial planning, budgeting, and analysis for multiple US-based entities.

Ensure compliance with US GAAP, tax, and financial regulations.

Lead preparation of financial statements, management reports, and audit documentation.

Monitor cash flow, cost management, and internal controls.

Collaborate with US-based finance teams and external auditors.

Implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.
Required Skills & Expertise

In-depth understanding of US accounting standards and tax laws.

Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or other US financial software.

Exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Ability to manage teams and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
