As an Account Executive – HR & GRO, you will be responsible for managing client accounts related to HR and government relations outsourcing, ensuring exceptional service quality and strong client satisfaction.
Your role involves close coordination with government agencies and corporate clients, maintaining compliance, and building long-term partnerships to support business growth.
🎯 Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee HR & GRO outsourcing client accounts.

Ensure smooth service delivery and compliance with KSA labor and government regulations.

Liaise with relevant government departments and digital platforms.

Maintain client satisfaction through continuous communication and support.

Identify process improvements and strengthen client relationships.
🧩 Requirements

Experience: 1–3 years in HR, government relations, or a related field.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in KSA government portals such as Muqeem, Madad, Insurance, Qiwa, and Ministry of Commerce systems.

Language: Strong command of English (spoken and written) — mandatory.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, coordination, and client relationship management skills.
