📍 Position Details
Job Title: Operations & Management Executive
Location: Lake City Meadows, near DHA Phase 5, Lahore
Timings: Monday – Saturday | 9 AM – 6 PM
Type: Full-Time (On-site)
Preferred Candidate: Female
💼 Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.

Manage customer communication via WhatsApp, email, and social media.

Coordinate order fulfillment, packaging, and delivery tracking.

Maintain inventory records and liaise with suppliers/vendors.

Support management in production planning and scheduling.

Supervise assistants, packers, and lab staff to ensure quality and deadlines.
-
Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate documentation.
-
Assist in new product launches, PR packages, and influencer collaborations.

Ensure clear coordination between creative, marketing, and logistics teams.

Handle administrative tasks — attendance, office supplies, and HR coordination.
🎯 Required Skills & Expertise
✅ Excellent communication & organizational skills
✅ Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel / Shopify (preferred)
✅ Strong problem-solving & multitasking abilities
✅ Prior experience in operations, customer service, or admin management
✅ Positive, self-driven, and detail-oriented personality
