🔑 Key Responsibilities
✔️ Manage end-to-end payroll processing with 100% accuracy & confidentiality
✔️ Maintain employee records, payroll data, WPS, and compliance documentation
✔️ Support HR, Accounts, and Admin teams with daily operations
✔️ Prepare, analyze & present insightful MIS and management reports
✔️ Coordinate with internal teams & clients to ensure smooth workflow
✔️ Organize and optimize office processes for maximum efficiency
🎓 Skills & Qualifications
🔸 Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
🔸 3–5 years of UAE experience in payroll, accounts, HR, and administration
🔸 Expert in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Advanced Functions)
🔸 Strong communication, organization & time-management skills
🔸 Proficiency in ERP, HRMS & accounting systems
🔸 Ability to multitask and work independently under pressure
🔸 Immediate joiners strongly preferred
