🚀 About the Role
The General Manager will provide strategic direction and operational leadership across multiple business units. You will work closely with the CEO to translate organizational vision into executable strategies, ensuring efficiency, compliance, profitability, and long-term growth.

You will lead and manage the following departments:

Recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management

🔹 Food & Beverage Operations

Quality standards, cost management, operational excellence
🔹 Real Estate

Leasing, property management, tenant relations
🔹 Purchasing

Procurement strategies, vendor negotiation, cost optimization
🔹 Store & Inventory Management

Stock control, warehousing, documentation, audit readiness
🔹 Marketing

Branding, advertising, digital strategy, customer engagement
🔹 Projects / Mall Operations

Mall operations management, redevelopment, contractor coordination
➕ Additional Responsibilities
✔ Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement
✔ Lead cross-functional teams and improve departmental coordination
✔ Implement CEO’s vision with strategic and measurable goals
✔ Enforce compliance, safety, and quality standards
✔ Prepare periodic business performance reports for senior leadership
🎓 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Master’s preferred)

10+ years of senior managerial experience across multiple departments

Strong exposure to F&B, real estate, retail, or mall operations

Outstanding leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities

Proven ability to manage complex operations and large teams
