Role: Chief Accountant
Location: Kuwait (On-site)
Type: Full-time
Eligibility: Must be currently residing in Kuwait
💼 Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial transactions.

Review general ledger activities ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and management reports.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.

Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial KPIs.

Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.

Coordinate with external auditors for compliance and statutory audits.

Strengthen internal financial controls and ensure adherence to policies.

Mentor and guide junior accountants for performance and accuracy.
🎓 Requirements
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
✔ 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
✔ Expertise in financial reporting, reconciliation, and closing
✔ Strong command of MS Excel & ERP systems
✔ Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
✔ Previous experience within Kuwaiti accounting practices preferred
