📍 Location: Dubai Silicon Oasis
🕘 Working Days: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) | Weekends: Saturday–Sunday Off
💼 Reports To: CEO
👩 Preferred Candidate: Female | Immediate Joiner
💰 Salary Range: AED 8,000 – 10,000

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and manage human resources operations across a diverse group of companies. The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, compliance with UAE labor law, and drive HR strategies aligned with business goals.

✅ Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures across all entities.

Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.

Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.

Handle performance management and employee relations.

Collaborate with senior management for organizational growth and culture development.
🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

4–8 years of proven HR management experience (UAE experience preferred).

Strong understanding of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple entities and priorities effectively.

UAE Driving License — an advantage.
