🎯 Key Responsibilities

Oversee the complete Talent Management cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.

Manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and performance appraisals efficiently.

Administer and optimize HR software systems for seamless operations and data accuracy.

Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters with professionalism and discretion.

Design, initiate, and implement Learning & Development and Employee Engagement programs to strengthen culture and retention.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience

BBA/MBA in Human Resources or related discipline.

2–3 years of proven experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced corporate environment.
