A leading construction company is seeking a qualified and experienced Civil QA/QC Engineer to ensure top-tier quality standards, compliance, and project excellence on one of the Kingdom’s most prestigious luxury development projects — Amaala.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC procedures for all civil works.
🔹 Conduct inspections, quality audits, and documentation reviews.
🔹 Verify drawings, material submittals, and shop drawings for compliance.
🔹 Supervise and monitor site execution to ensure adherence to project specifications.
🔹 Prepare and maintain daily/weekly QA/QC reports for management.
🔹 Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical issues.
🔹 Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company quality standards.
🔹 Mentor and guide junior QA/QC engineers.
✅ Requirements & Qualifications:
🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
💼 Minimum 6 years of experience in QA/QC roles within KSA/GCC.
🏗️ Background in construction of high-end or luxury development projects preferred.
🪪 Transferable Iqama (mandatory – no visa sponsorship).
📘 Strong knowledge of civil engineering standards, QA/QC processes, and ISO systems.
💻 Proficient in MS Office and QA/QC reporting software.
💬 Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
