Mayatax is looking for experienced and qualified Chartered Accountants (ICAP) to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidates will bring a strong understanding of US-GAAP, financial reporting, and hands-on experience in the U.S. healthcare and RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) industry.

🔹 Key Requirements:

• Qualification: CA (ICAP)

• Experience: 3–5 years of post-qualification experience

• Expertise: Deep knowledge of US-GAAP and corporate financial reporting

• Preferred Background: Experience with U.S.-based healthcare and RCM clients

• Skills: Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving capabilities

• Lead monthly and annual financial closings

• Prepare detailed reports aligned with U.S. accounting standards

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and external audits

• Collaborate with global finance teams to support decision-making
