We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Deputy Manager – Accounts & Finance to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and driving efficiency across our organization’s financial systems.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including payables, receivables, and general ledger activities
✅ Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
✅ Monitor cash flow, revenue, and expenditure tracking
✅ Develop and implement budgeting, forecasting, and cost control frameworks
✅ Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and intercompany transactions
✅ Ensure compliance with taxation, audit, and internal control policies
✅ Coordinate with internal audit, finance, and operations teams to maintain financial accuracy
✅ Approve journal entries, vouchers, and financial documentation
✅ Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff to ensure timely and accurate reporting
✅ Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic business decisions

Candidate Profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualification

• 5–7 years of proven experience in Accounts & Finance within a corporate environment

• Hands-on experience with customized ERP systems (SAP experience preferred)

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, costing, and budget management

• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel and standard accounting tools
