We are seeking an experienced Chief Accountant to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic business growth within our Trading Division.
📋 Position Details:
🎯 Job Title: Chief Accountant – Trading Division
📍 Location: Doha, Qatar

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting.

Manage budgeting, cost control, and auditing activities.

Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports.

Ensure compliance with Qatar’s financial and taxation regulations.

Implement and maintain ERP systems (preferably Odoo).
-
Collaborate with department heads to optimize financial performance.

Supervise and guide the finance team, fostering efficiency and accuracy.
🎓 Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.

Minimum 10 years of accounting and financial management experience.

Proven expertise in trading and commercial sectors (experience in GCC preferred).

Strong command of financial reporting, budgeting, and auditing principles.

Hands-on experience with ERP systems — Odoo preferred.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.

Candidates may be based inside or outside Qatar.
