🌟 About the Role:
Dubai Limited Investment LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable & Collections Officer to join our finance team.
The ideal candidate will manage customer accounts, ensure timely collection of payments, and maintain accurate receivable records to support strong cash flow and financial control.
🧾 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely payment collections
✅ Prepare and issue invoices, statements, and payment reminders
✅ Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently
✅ Maintain and update accurate AR ledgers and collection reports
✅ Generate aging reports and support month-end closing activities
✅ Communicate with customers professionally to ensure smooth collection processes
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing and receivable operations
🎓 Requirements:
🎯 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
📅 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Collections
💬 Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
💻 Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
⚡ High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and accountability
🚀 Immediate joiners will be highly preferred
