About the Role:
Our esteemed client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant cum Admin to join their growing team. This dual-role position combines financial management and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both accounting and office administration, with at least 2–3 years of relevant UAE experience.

You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, smooth office operations, and compliance with internal and external regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Duties:

  • Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and supporting documentation.

  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.

  • Prepare invoices, follow up on payments, and ensure timely collections.

  • Reconcile bank statements and verify financial data accuracy.

  • Monitor cash flow, prepare reports, and assist in month-end and year-end closings.

  • Support audits and ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily office operations and documentation.

  • Handle vendor correspondence, filing, and general administrative support.

  • Assist management in HR coordination and internal communication.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

  • Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in combined accounting and administrative roles.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
