About the Role:
Our esteemed client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant cum Admin to join their growing team. This dual-role position combines financial management and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both accounting and office administration, with at least 2–3 years of relevant UAE experience.
You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, smooth office operations, and compliance with internal and external regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Duties:

Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and supporting documentation.

Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.

Prepare invoices, follow up on payments, and ensure timely collections.

Reconcile bank statements and verify financial data accuracy.

Monitor cash flow, prepare reports, and assist in month-end and year-end closings.

Support audits and ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations.
Administrative Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily office operations and documentation.

Handle vendor correspondence, filing, and general administrative support.

Assist management in HR coordination and internal communication.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in combined accounting and administrative roles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
