🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and reconciliations.

Conduct variance analysis and assist in decision-making with data-driven insights.

Ensure accurate reporting and timely closing of books.

Maintain up-to-date accounting records and support audits.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.

Minimum 6 years of progressive accounting experience.

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
