A leading organization in Dubai is looking for a Manager – Payroll & HR Business Analytics to lead payroll strategy, workforce planning, and data-driven HR initiatives.
This role demands a balance of analytical expertise and HR operational insight, ensuring compliance, cost optimization, and meaningful workforce insights that drive organizational growth.

📊 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead and oversee end-to-end payroll operations and manpower cost planning
✅ Develop and implement reward structures aligned with business objectives
✅ Prepare monthly payroll costing, variance analysis, and headcount reports
✅ Manage and review sales commission structures to ensure compliance with company policy
✅ Design and maintain HR dashboards and workforce analytics using HRIS, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
✅ Deliver actionable insights on attrition, performance, engagement, and compensation trends
✅ Act as the focal point for internal and external HR audits, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting
✅ Support decision-making through HR data modeling, analytics, and forecasting

🎓 Qualifications & Experience:

🎯 Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business Analytics, or related field
🏅 Professional certification (CPP, CIPD, or equivalent) preferred
💼 6–8 years of experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, or payroll operations with financial exposure
📘 In-depth understanding of UAE labor laws, payroll compliance, and compensation structures
💻 Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and HRIS platforms
⚙️ Familiarity with SQL, VBA, or Python is a plus
🤝 Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a data-driven mindset

• AED 30,000 per month (based on experience)
