About the Role:
ALCHEMY is seeking a seasoned and dedicated Human Resources Supervisor to lead HR and Payroll operations within a prominent Oil & Gas organization in Abu Dhabi. This is a senior role requiring deep expertise in payroll management, UAE labor law, and HR administration.
Qualifications:
🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
🧾 Minimum 10 years of HR experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
💼 Proficient in payroll systems, HRIS software, and UAE HR regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Payroll Management

Supervise end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness.

Manage payroll systems, employee compensation, pensions, and EOSB.

Ensure full compliance with UAE Labor Law and statutory regulations.

Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve payment issues.

Collaborate with finance teams for audits and budgeting activities.
🔹 Personnel Affairs

Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel record management.

Maintain employee contracts, documents, and files as per UAE legal standards.

Support performance management and employee development programs.

Handle employee relations, benefits queries, and HR policy clarifications.

Coordinate with HR leadership on recruitment, training, and disciplinary actions.

Safeguard confidentiality and integrity of employee data.
