About the Role:
A well-established Plastic Manufacturing Unit located in Korangi Industrial Area is looking for a professional, organized, and proactive HR Incharge to manage the company’s HR operations, recruitment, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR management, payroll, recruitment, and employee engagement within an industrial setup.
Key Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Lead recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
2️⃣ Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
3️⃣ Oversee HR operations, payroll processing, and attendance tracking.
4️⃣ Manage administrative duties and assist with internal projects.
5️⃣ Prepare and update job descriptions, advertisements, and candidate specifications.
6️⃣ Conduct shortlisting, interviews, and candidate selection.
7️⃣ Utilize online job portals (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms) effectively.
8️⃣ Conduct and analyze exit interviews and recommend HR policy improvements.
9️⃣ Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
🔟 Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
Candidate Requirements:

🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

💼 Minimum 5 years of professional experience in HR and administration (manufacturing industry preferred)
