Requirements:

Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience as an HR Generalist

Qualification: BBA / MBA-HR / MHRM from a recognized institution

Strong command over all major HR functions including:

Performance Management System (PMS)

Payroll Management

Recruitment & Selection

Training & Development

Employee Relations & Grievance Handling

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and HRIS software
