Key Responsibilities:

Manage and record all petty cash transactions efficiently.

Maintain and update fixed asset registers accurately.

Handle vendor account reconciliations and ensure timely payments.

Support monthly and yearly closing processes related to Accounts Payable.

Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments.
Requirements:

2–6 years of proven experience in Accounts Payable or a related finance role.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).

Knowledge of basic accounting principles and vendor management.
